CERTIFICATION
The last decade has seen the consolidation of the built environment through a variety of strategies, which include legal control of existing and new constructions, energy categorizations and upgrades. Our office, by remaining constantly updated of the legal framework alterations, consistently controls and certifies:
- the legality of the constructions, with on-site autopsies and a thorough check of their legal documents,
- the energy class of the buildings by issuing Energy Performance Certificates.

INTERIOR DESIGN
Today the spaces are called to meet new models of living and working, with constantly changing requirements. The rapid pace of our times result into the formulation of new spatial behaviors and habits, directly affecting the spaces we work and live in, which inevitably need to adapt to the new conditions. By operating at the intersection of functionality and aesthetics and trying to pinpoint fruitful trade-offs among them, our office undertakes the overall design and configuration of interiors spaces, proposing smart and economical solutions that meet the modern requirements of the customers.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
The successful realization of an architectural proposal is ensured by diligent supervision and insistence on the detail of the construction. For this reason, following an agreement with our clients, we undertake finding the right contractors for building the projects we design, thus ensuring the delivery of an elegant and qualitative building. Our experience in the field of construction from the implementation of more than 100 studies, our extensive network of partners and our fully trained design team, enable us to offer innovative construction solutions that respect the environment. In a time where changes are rapid, both at the technological and material level but also at the level of building operations, our priority remains the combination of traditional construction methods with modern digital tools and materials to meet the needs of our customers in the best and most sustainable way.
RESTORATION
One of the basic principles of our philosophy is the following: "we design in the warp of tradition, with the weft of today for the needs of tomorrow". Since the buildings are manifesting the history of each topos (place) , we put special emphasis on deeply understanding the socio-economic context of our monuments and aim at developing thoughtful and custom approaches all the way from the surveying to the final restoration. The methods and tools we use have been refined by many years of extensive experience, as well as from the number of projects that our office has completed which ranged from maintenance to reconstruction and restoration of monumental buildings in the region of Epirus / Greece.
